BYD has unveiled the interior of its refreshed Denza D9 MPV, which has a versatile three-row seating configuration ideal for family outings. The updates emphasize enhanced comfort for extended journeys. In the second row, passengers can enjoy a ceiling-mounted screen for watching movies, convenient folding tray tables for dining, and armrest-integrated displays to control seat positions and climate settings—simplifying travel for everyone on board. Up front, the cabin features a traditional instrument cluster, a central infotainment touchscreen, and a dedicated passenger-side screen for handling navigation or entertainment options.
Battery Options for Range and Fast Charging
The plug-in hybrid model delivers an impressive pure electric range of over 400 km, while the all-electric version extends up to 800 km on a single charge. Ultra-fast charging capabilities allow the battery to go from 10% to 70% in just about 5 minutes. Reaching 97% from 10% typically takes around 9 minutes under normal conditions, with an additional 3 minutes in extreme cold at -30°C. These rapid charging times significantly reduce downtime at stations, enabling drivers to tackle long trips confidently without worrying about range limitations.
