Full-size SUVs exceeding 5.2 meters in length from major Chinese brands including BYD, Chery, Nio, Xpeng, and Huawei joint ventures are set to launch following the 2026 Beijing Auto Show. Entry-level prices start at around 20,000€ thanks to Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) models, where batteries are leased separately to reduce upfront costs. Flagship variants reach up to 75,000€ or more.
Entry-Level Models Under 27,526
Onvo L80: A five-seat SUV measuring 5,145 mm long with a 3,110 mm wheelbase. Pre-sales begin at 31,000€ with battery included or 20,000€ via BaaS. It emphasizes 2,600 L cargo space over a third row.
SGMW Huajing S: Huawei-developed six-seat plug-in hybrid (PHEV) at 5,235 mm long with 3,105 mm wheelbase and Qiankun smart driving. Blind orders open at 20,000€, with official launch on May 8.
Leapmotor D19: Offers battery electric vehicle (BEV) and extended-range EV (EREV) options with three rows, starting from 27,500€.
