### XPeng Launches Integrated Charging Payment Service in Hong Kong, Targets Global Expansion

XPeng has partnered with Ant International's Antom to launch an integrated charging payment service in Hong Kong. This rollout marks the first step in a global collaboration announced last year. The service debuted on Monday, positioning Antom as XPeng's initial global payment partner for charging operations and making XPeng the first Chinese new-generation EV manufacturer to collaborate with the provider.

Announced in the second half of 2025, the partnership integrates global credit cards and various local payment methods—such as AlipayHK—directly into the XPeng app. Antom's platform supports more than 300 payment options across over 200 markets and handles over 100 currencies. In Hong Kong, users can now scan a charging pile QR code or manage sessions entirely within the app, completing payments via AlipayHK. Credit cards and other options will follow soon.

Antom General Manager Gary Liu highlighted the partnership's importance for the EV industry. "The global EV sector is entering a 'smartification' era, and we both believe AI mobility, interconnected services, and frictionless user experiences define competitiveness," Liu said. He added that payments are emerging as a key strategic tool for automakers to enhance charging platforms, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.

XPeng's General Manager of Overseas Charging, Lawrence Li, pointed to the advantages of Antom's global reach. "By leveraging Antom and Ant International's global user reach to drive traffic to XPeng's branded charging stations, we can initiate broader cross-industry partnerships, bringing a richer, more engaging experience to users worldwide," Li stated.
